An Important Note about your O-Wool order

Please keep in mind that by purchasing O-Wool you are supporting a small business (thank you!). This small business is run by one person - myself (Jocelyn Tunney - Hi!). Each order is very important to me. I do my very best to have excellent customer service, but bear in mind it is impossible for me to offer service like Amazon.com, etc. If you have any concerns about your order, please email me and allow up to 72 hours for a response to your inquiry. Typically the wait will be far shorter, and I will be more than happy to answer your question or solve your problem ASAP!

Shipping Worldwide

Your order will be processed within 3 business days. Regardless of the shipping service you choose, your order will be processed within 3 business days. This means if you order on Monday, I will do my best to have it shipped on Thursday. If you order on Friday, I will do my best to have it shipped on Wednesday. I do not pack or ship on weekends. Please understand that myself and a very occasional helper are the only ones packing orders - we cannot provide service like Amazon.com, etc. but we do our very best.

Orders ship via UPS (variety of services) or USPS (variety of services) - you choose.

UPS - My preferred shipping method!

UPS shipping prices are calculated in real time based on your location, weight of your package, and how quickly you require delivery. Your price will be displayed in the drop down menu when you are required to choose your shipping method. All UPS orders will be provided with a UPS tracking number. UPS Ground for United States will be delivered in 1-5 business days. UPS is my preferred shipping method as it is extremely reliable!

USPS - NOT my preferred shipping method!

USPS shipping prices are calculated in real time based on your location, weight of your package, and how quickly you require delivery. Your price will be displayed in the drop down menu when you are required to choose your shipping method.

Priority Mail for United States will typically be delivered in 2-3 business days (but is not guaranteed). All Priority orders will be provided with a USPS tracking number.

First Class/Standard Post/Parcel Select has no guaranteed delivery time, though United States residents should receive their package within approximately 2 weeks. You will be provided with a USPS tracking number, but it will not provide detailed tracking information. O-Wool is not responsible for packages lost during First Class/Standard Post/Parcel Select shipment. If you want to avoid that risk, please choose Priority or, better yet, UPS.

USPS is NOT my preferred shipping method - it is extremely unreliable. I offer it because it is affordable and I want you to have the option. If you want to make sure your order gets to you in a safe and timely manner, choose UPS.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

USPS - Very affordable, reliable to most destinations

USPS shipping prices are calculated in real time based on your location, weight of your package, and how quickly you require delivery. Your price will be displayed in the drop down menu when you are required to choose your shipping method.

Priority Mail International will be delivered in 6-10 business days depending on your location (but is not guaranteed). All Priority orders will be provided with a USPS tracking number. O-Wool is not responsible for customs fees on international orders. O-Wool will not declare merchandise "gift" so that you do not have to pay customs fees. O-Wool will not declare merchandise to be a lesser value than it is to avoid customs fees.

First Class International has no guaranteed delivery time, though international customers should receive their package within approximately 2-12 weeks depending on your location. You will be provided with a USPS tracking number, but it will not provide detailed tracking information. O-Wool is not responsible for customs fees on international orders. O-Wool will not declare merchandise "gift" so that you do not have to pay customs fees. O-Wool is not responsible for packages lost during First Class International shipment. If you want to avoid that risk, please choose Priority.

UPS - Very reliable; May appear cheaper than USPS up front but has high brokerage costs upon delivery

UPS shipping prices are calculated in real time based on your location, weight of your package, and how quickly you require delivery. Your price will be displayed in the drop down menu when you are required to choose your shipping method. All UPS orders will be provided with a UPS tracking number. UPS Standard is very reliable but it has extremely high brokerage fees that YOU will be responsible for paying in order to have your package delivered. These fees range from $30-75 depending on the value of your package - this is in addition to any customs fee and duty. Consider this additional cost carefully before choosing this option. The shipping cost may be cheaper than USPS but you will typically end up paying much more in the end.

Holiday Shipping

If you are ordering within 3 weeks of any major US holiday (especially Christmas), I strongly recommend you choose UPS. USPS loses packages left and right during high volume times, and O-Wool is not responsible for packages lost during domestic or international First Class/Standard Post/Parcel Select shipment.

Returns

You are welcome to return or exchange your order within 60 days of your purchase date. Items must be in original condition to be eligible for return or exchange (skeins must be in original condition (not wound into balls) and label must be intact). Please email info@o-wool.com to notify me of the return or exchange. You are responsible for your original shipping charge and the return shipping expense. Please mail returns or exchanges to:
