20% off select O-Wool yarns & colors!
The unfortunate reality set in yesterday when we got the keys - my office is moving. We will be packing up and heading to South Philly in the next handful of weeks. I am not excited about it, but it's been reported that an insanely delicious bakery is 1 block away, so at least there's that...

So, I've decided to move some overstocked colors from MY space into YOUR space, instead of taking them along! How does that sound?

I've set aside specific quantities of the below items for the sale - when those run out, they go back to regular price.

New Colors of Legacy DK

Legacy DK Colorways
Legacy DK (clockwise from left) Brown Bear, Oyster Mushroom, Bluebell, Lake Erie and Bee Balm

Legacy DK needed a facelift, and that facelift has finally arrived! Two pops of color, and three perpetually stylish neutrals. I love them and I hope you will, too. I'm considering using all 5 of them in some kind of beautiful colorwork project, but Lake Erie or Oyster Mushroom would make the most wonderful Fall sweater... click here to view pattern inspirations in Legacy DK.

The fiddlehead ferns in my yard are sprouting. Spring is here!! That means some new patterns and a Maryland Sheep & Wool Pop-Up Shop!

Forbidden Drive Scarf in O-Wash Fingering

Fobridden Drive Scarf
The first new free pattern I have to share with you is the Forbidden Drive Scarf. Knit with two skeins of O-Wash Fingering, shown here in Pearly Mussel. The pattern includes a chart and written out directions.

FINISHED SIZE: 9" wide, 58.5" long

GAUGE: 12 sts of large center cable = 1.25"

NEEDLES: Size US 3 (3.25 mm)

NOTIONS: tapestry needle, cable needle.

Three Ponds Scarf in Balance

Three Ponds ScarfThe Three Ponds Scarf is my idea of a transition into Spring. It uses a lovely dark green color and has a fun and easy Spring-inspire stitch pattern. Four skeins of Balance are needed, shown here in Emerald. This is a lovely, large, plush scarf, perfect for your favorite guy or gal!

Susan B. Anderson's Tiny Owl

Little Owl Plushie
One last adorable thing to leave you with. Whoooo wouldn't love this Little Owl? This fast and fun project from Susan B. Anderson is a seamless knit from the bottom up using O-Wool Balance. The wings and feet are picked up and knit directly onto the body. At 4 1/2-inches tall, this little buddy is perfect for little hands, tucked in among the pots of seeds you might be starting inside, or even a friend to sit on your desk.
Thanks for your interest and support! It means the world to me.

Garden House Baby Blanket
A new FREE pattern!

Garden Baby Blanket Kits
I love knitting baby blankets. I love them so much that I don't know enough babies to give them to. However, the Garden House Baby Blanket had a very special recipient - a special friend's little boy, Sebastian! They live in an adorable little house called the "Garden House" - so naming this pattern was obvious. My special gift for him can be your special gift for someone you love - the pattern is a free download!

This blanket is *super easy* to make! I've kitted up 5 different colorways for inspiration. I used O-Wash Fingering for easy machine washing, and held it doubled for a quick knit. The kit includes enough yarn for the Crib Blanket (shown) (30.5" x 32.5") with some leftovers for matching cute things, or the larger Lap Blanket (41.5" x 44.25").

Woolful Podcast

I'm pretty picky about the podcasts I listen to, but the Woolful podcast totally sucked me in. And then Ashley asked if I would be a guest! I shared my "fiber journey" on Episode 13: Organic Fiber, Realizing Dreams, Regeneration and Permaculture - check it out to learn more about O-Wool and yours truly.

  New Colors of Classic Worsted
Classic Worsted
Clockwise from top left: Coral Reef, Carpenter's Run Scarf, Aereon Cardigan, Lake Erie, and the Doric Cardigan.

Classic Worsted
needed a little boost in it's color range. It needed a new, fun bright and a nice dark neutral. Behold: Coral Reef & Lake Erie! Need something to make with them? There are a variety of accessory and garment patterns in Classic Worsted on O-Wool.com, perfect for layering as the spring thaw settles in!

Thanks for your interest and support!
