O-Wool has moved to a fantastic new space... that used to be an elevator factory! This large factory was most likely built in the late 1800's and has been cleaned up to showcase the original wood construction.

Many cities, like Philadelphia, with a rich history of manufacturing are left with miles and miles of now empty factories. Developers are buying up these abandoned buildings, cleaning them up and making them into beautiful workspaces for small businesses of a new generation.The environmental impact of reworking an existing space is vastly lower than knocking down these beautiful, old buildings and creating new structures.O-Wool is proud to support more sustainably-focused development!
